On both occassions when the pergolas were being built, Craig woudl call in to see how the jobs were progressing and after completion we received a follow up call to ensure that we were satisfied with the workmanship. Craig Arthur is extremely professional and helpful. We do not have any hesitation in recommending Craig Arthur as the quality and workmanship of the pergolas has been nothing but impressive.
